A triple?

It is unusual for me to post more than once a day. However, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge that my open letter to Kent Williamson of NCTE has drawn replies from headquarters. Today, I received an email from a Kent Williamson that acknowledged my concerns and offered some explanations for the things that went wrong. I appreciate his response and one received earlier from Millie Davis as well. While I might rail against the system, I will also praise it for stepping up and owning that there were some problems.
