September books read

How did it get to be October? It is tough to keep track of the change here in Texas since we are still in the throes of 90+ degrees most days. This is fall in these parts. Cool fronts tease us. Eventually we will break out the long sleeves. In any event, here is the list of books I read last month. I made it to 500 which is a tad off last year's pace, but I really do not have a set goal in mind. Lots of what I have read this year are picture books lest you be amazed at the number of books, but every little book counts.
