BabyMouse and Squish!



BABYMOUSE #14, MAD SCIENTIST (Random House 2011) by Jenni and Matt Holm is the best Babymouse ever. Why? Because in addition to Babymouse, we meet SQUISH who is now the star of his own new series from the dynamic duo of Matt and Jenni Holm. Babymouse decides to study amoebas for her science fair project. She introduces Squish, her amoeba, to the joy of cupcakes. Squish, in turn, teaches Babymouse about amoebas. Is this a friendship blossoming? Perhaps not. However, it is an warm and funny graphic novel for those who already adore Babymouse and those who need to meet her and SOON! <233>
