Kittens!

Picture Book Thursday is brought to you by a campus meeting today. I wanted to be able to clear off some more shelf space, so I brought a huge stack of picture books tot he desk to read and then place on the give away carts. My class Saturday will be in for some treats!





Jerry Pinkney's THREE LITTLE KITTENS (DIal 2010) is a beautifully illustrated version of the classic nursery rhyme that is quintessential Pinkney. Pencil and watercolor illustrations accompany the verses as three kittens lose, find, dirty, and clean their mittens: all for some pie! <35>
