OTTO'S ORANGE DAY by Frank Cammuso and Jay Lynch (Toon Books 2008) is the story of a young cat who loves the color orange. When he has the chance to be granted a wish, he wishes everything in the world to be orange. Of course, now we have a "Monkey's Paw" (and think about sharing this book well in advance of that story) situation that needs to be resolved. The orange fairly vibrates from the pages. This comic is great for young readers but also perfect for sharing with older readers to examine form, format, design, use of color, etc. <34>
