Just about done for the day

I thought these two collective biographies were interesting and more than likely would have appeal based on the covers. They did not receive a good review from Kirkus, but I do think they will find an appareciative audience. The titles and covers say it all. Both are from Kingfisher.




The usual suspects are here: Marco Polo, Columbus,Cook and Magellan along with Burton, Amundson, and Costeau. I think the graphic novel format appearance will attract the readers.




I liked this one even more since some of the leaders are not exactly your run-of-the-mill good guys (hilter, Mussolini, Stalin, Castro).
