planes and automobiles, no trains
I am at the airport and finally have some time to do my WFMAD. There are still interruptions, but they are not of the feline kind. Scout really wanted to play this morning since we have new bedding (terrific pillows from marriott and a new quilt) and he needed it be smell more like him than a store. So, I decided the writing could wait until now. In about 30 minutes I take off for Dallas, rent a car and check into a hotel for the evening. I get to have dinner with a former student and a wonderful librarian, Naomi (hi, Naomi) tonight before doing an all day workshop for 150 or so teachers and librarians in Fort Worth. It is a short trip and I will be back tomorrow night to give me a few days to pack before heading off to IASL in Berkeley.

Update WFMAD: 20 minutes with more to come later perhaps
Words: 250 (needed to look some stuff up at Amazon during the draft)

Here is Scout in hubby's chair though Scout seems to think it is his, of course.

Current Location: Prez Lounge at airport
Current Mood: busybusy
Current Music: none, thankfully

That is one gorgeous cat. What breed is he may I ask. I think I want one.

Scout is a Bengal. I adore him.

I agree. Scout is gorgeous and a bit of a showoff.
