finding time to read
It is tough to carvwe out time to read at a conference, but it is possible. For instance, we arrived a few hours before dinner yesterday giving me time to plunge into this book:

Mason is a teen who is smart. Unfortunately, he does not think there is much money for him to go to college. He wants to apply to a program run by TroDyn but his mother is dead set against it. Mason learns why when he helps a teen girl escape from The Haven. She is part of a bizarre experiment, one that hopes to help solve the problem of overpopulation coupled with lowered food production capabilities. Science has gone horribly awry, at least from an ethical perspective.

As she did in THE COMPOUND, S. A. Bodeen explores the ethics that underlie some of the choices made by science and medicine. This is a real page turner, one that is sure to appeal to the audience who also enjoyed ADORATION OF JENNA FOX and THE COMPOUND.

More later tonight or tomorrow from TLA. Dinner tonight is with Candlewick.

I loved The Compound, so I can't wait to read this one. Glad to hear you liked it!
